I just have not gotten to posting in a while, so I figured I would come back with a good one. Got to visit the sunny strip of Las Vegas this week for a business conference. The highlight of the welcome party was an 80’s Flashback Beach celebration. Of course, going “back in time” was best left to the headliner Huey Lewis! Great show all around. Check out the link below for some videos of the show. I didn’t bring my cameras with me on this trip, so I had to go with the iPhone. I am quite happy with the results actually.

Halloween – 2008

Gabe and I got all dressed up as our favorite super hero and Lara dawned medieval attire for Halloween this year. An unusually warm October for Wisconsin allowed Gabe to go trick or treating for the first time. Too bad he can’t eat all the candy he brought back. Guess we will just have to help him out with that.

Nana’s Vist

My mom, (Gabe’s Nana) came up for a vist back in August and we had a great time! She even offered to babysit Gabe one night so that Jonathan and I could celebrate our 4th anniversary by going to a movie. (Thank You Mom!)

It was great having her up here and Gabe most certainly enjoyed it as well. Hope to see you again soon, Mom!

Wordpress Woes

Had a little trouble over the past couple of weeks getting Wordpress (the blog software used on this site) to upgrade properly. Now that things are back on-line, I have also added some more pics of Gabe and cleaned up the older libraries.

June Update

We were lucky enough to have plenty of family around for Memorial Day this year. Gabe got to partake in the Madison favorite; Bratfest and spend some time with his extended family. Of course, there were plenty of cameras around to capture the excitement.

Gabe has also of late, become quite the poser. Capturing his unique and entertaining gestures has been tremendous fun for Lara and I. Be sure to check out the pictures.
